Creating a Necklace

At this year’s workshop in Lake Geneva, you’ll be able to put a few simple skills to work while you learn more about the art of mosaics.
Everyone will begin with a flat pendant on a long silver chain. To adorn your necklace, we’ll have lots of small tiles, beads, shells or simple found objects that you can arrange in any way you like. Combine them into an easy pattern or go for something more complex - the choice is all yours!
Just know that with a little help, your own necklace can literally become a piece of fine art...

Mosaic Frame Workshop

Our mosaic workshop is open to any creative Women's Weekend guests that would like to learn more about this ancient art form. This year you'll be able to decorate a simple wood frame with a variety of tiles and broken dishware.
Create your own picture frame or team up with a friend - either way, you'll be taking home a great keepsake from your visit to beautiful Lake Geneva!

Gallery Workshop Series
Series Dates: November 1 - December 6, 2023
Class Day/Time: Wednesdays 4:30-6 pm
Location: Gallery 223 • 233 Broad Street, Lake Geneva, WI 53147
This 6-week workshop series will help you discover how to be creative while you learn about one of the most ancient art forms. A simple base, tools and materials will be provided for beginners, but all levels of students are welcome to work on their own projects using tiles, stained glass, broken dish ware or other found objects.
Class sessions are held Wednesdays from 4:30pm - 6pm
All Levels of skill are welcome
All Supplies will be provided

Mosaic Trivet Creation

Location: Harbor Shores, Pelican Bay Room • 300 Wrigley Drive, Lake Geneva, WI 53147
This workshop is open to anvone with an interest in mosaics. You'll be able to make your own trivet and learn a little about this ancient art form while you work. As you create your own piece, we'll all be able to put together a tray with mosaic tiles and broken dishware, too! Take part in creating beautiful mosaics in a fun group setting.
